garden courtyards on oxford unit 2

This is a tiny enclosed courtyard garden situated in a mixed use development in Forest Town, Johannesburg, South Africa. Indigenous deciduous trees have been planted to provide a cool microclimate in summer and allowing more sun to filter through during winter. The garden is mainly hues of white and green and contains an informal mixture of indigenous and non indigenous plants. The garden was established in 2006.
